Our estimated time and responsibility includes from the moment it leaves our company, till it gets to the mission office. We don’t know how long it will take to get from there to them.

We as a company will be in charge to send another package to your son totally free.

Once the package is on its way we will be given a tracking number. Whenever you want to check where your package is at, you can email or message us on Facebook and we will check your package status for you. The other option is to check it by yourself at www.correoargentino.com.ar

Your missionary won ́t have to pay anything. Taxes are applied only when packages come from outside the Argentina and as they stay in Customs.

If the package is sent and is not received in the mission office because there is anybody to receive it, it will be sent to the PO box and it will stay there for 10 days until someone from the missions picks it up.

The package will be sent back to our address and we will wait until we go personally to that mission to deliver it or the family can pay for a second shipping in which we will work with the mission office so they don’t get delayed on picking it up.

In case we run out of a product that you requested to be included in the package, we will have the right to change it for another product of the same value.

  • Monday-Friday: 10.00 am – 5.00 pm
  • Saturday: 10.00 am to 8.00 pm
  • Sunday: Closed
